Tyreek Hill Exits Dolphins vs. Titans Game with Ankle Injury
MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (AP) — Tyreek Hill, the star receiver for the Miami Dolphins, left Monday night’s game against the Tennessee Titans with an ankle injury in the first quarter. The incident occurred when Hill landed awkwardly during a tackle.
The Dolphins announced that Hill was questionable to return to the game. After landing, Hill remained on the field briefly, showing signs of discomfort and grabbing at his left leg. Eventually, he limped off the field and ran towards the locker room as fans chanted “MVP!” in a display of support.
Tyreek Hill Stands on Sideline After Ankle Injury in Dolphins vs. Titans Game
As the second quarter commenced, Tyreek Hill, holding his helmet in hand, stood on the sideline after sustaining an ankle injury. The Miami Dolphins led 7-0 at that point.
Hill, who had two catches for 13 yards before the injury, entered the game as the NFL’s leading receiver with 1,481 yards. He was on pace to achieve the first-ever 2,000-yard receiving season in league history. The extent of Hill’s injury and his potential return to the game remained uncertain.
